Sale Attendee Guidelines
We strive to create a fair, respectful, and safe shopping environment for all our visitors. Please review our rules and regulations before attending our estate sales. Thank you for your cooperation and have fun shopping for all of your treasures.
Entry & Conduct
- Sales are conducted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Our current hours on sale days are 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
- Please be respectful to neighbors and other shoppers.
- Disorderly conduct will result in removal from the property.
- If anyone is caught stealing, we will call the police, and. you will be blacklisted from our sales.
- If you don't see a price, kindly ask a team member on site.
- We have holding tables to keep your hands free while shopping, keep an eye out.
Payments & Sales
- We accept major credit cards and cash. No personal checks.
- All sales are final—items are sold 'as-is' and 'where-is'.
- Credit/Debit sales will have an additional 0.4% fee.
- We do not quote prices over the phone or email.
- By entering our sale, you consent to being videotaped and photographed, as the premises may have security cameras.
- Prices are non negotiable the first day of the sale, but discounts will occur over the course of the sale, after the first day.
Safety & Loading
- Staff members are not able to assist with loading large items.
- Please bring your own help and tools for heavy lifting.
- Exercise caution on-site; We are not responsible for accidents or for anything that happens during or as a result of you attending any of our sales.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and all major credit cards. For larger purchases, please inquire about our secure payment options at the checkout desk.
How are items priced at the sale?
Items are priced based on market value, condition, and rarity. Our experienced team researches special items to ensure fair pricing for all.
Are your sales accessible to everyone?
We strive to make our sales as accessible as possible. However, as sales take place in private residences, certain limitations may exist.
General Questions
Do you offer delivery for large items?
We offer no delivery or moving services. Please bring your own help to move larger items.
Can I purchase items beforehand?
To ensure fairness for all attendees, we do not allow pre-sales. All items are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the start of the sale.
Do items go on discount during the sale?
Discounts are typically offered on the final day of the sale.
